I am mother to 4 adult "kids" and my family is everything to me. Our youngest son was a senior at UAlbany majoring in Physics when he was sworn in NUPOC and attended OCS in 2015. He starts Power School in August 2016 and plans to serve on a sub.

  You should join the Officer Moms group. Almost all of the members in the Nuke Moms group are enlisted. My son was a nuke officer on a sub. He finished his commitment in 2012.

  In your sons orders it will tell him everything he need to do and bring to Newport with him. There is also a Newport Group you will want to join on FB.
  My daughter went to Newport. We all stayed at the Navy Lodge. She graduated in Oct 31 of 14. She was class 02-15 Hotel you can pm me if you wish. There is also a officers group on this site
