Since you have a Recruit at the RTC, you should change "In the NROTC program" above to "Enlisted" because NROTC refers to the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps, a college scholarship program. You aren't the first person to make that mistake and you won't be the last.

Not long now, won't be long and all the travel arrangements will be kicking in.
