Hi! My husband leaves for Great Lakes in 3 weeks. Weve been together 6 years and Im in my mid twenties too. I think we have a lot in common! I hope you are doing ok since he left, I know its going to be hard but so rewarding!

Hey! My husband and I are from Northern California. We have been together almost 6 years and just got married before he leaves for boot camp. We have three weeks left together before he ships off to Great Lakes for book camp. Ughhh I am so nervous for him to leave but am going to enjoy every minute together. He got selected for the SEALS so will try for that after basic. Glad to hear the first week is over for you. Hopefully it gets easier! Any idea where you guys will end up?
