A little about me:
Hey ladies (and guys) my name is Abi Schurer and I am a proud Navy girlfriend. My Daniel is currently in Great Lakes Illinois in basic training and I am here at home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I am only 15 so this whole thing is terrifying and painful for me. Any support or even just someone to talk to is very much appreciated.
I am here to support my
Spouse/Significant other
Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy career?
In the NROTC program
When I heard “Navy,” I...
Was proud and encouraged it
The Navy offers opportunities that...
I think probably the most important thing I have learned is basic is the hardest part.
Our Navy experience so far...
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

Hey!  A push division just means that his division was one of the last to be filled for that PIR group.  They have a few days less to get "things done," but do get them done in time for PIR.  His PIR date will not be moved up.  It will be what was in the form letter.  They can be asmoed (setback) for one reason or another to a later PIR group, but they do not get moved up.  So keep your plans for PIR!
