Welcome aboard neighbor! I assume by your comments that they are in the NJROTC unit at Bloomfield HS.

My son was in the Washington unit for 3.5 years. It is a great program. I believe that even if they decide not to make a career of the Navy (or other service) that JROTC is one of the better elective class choices that a HS student can decide to take.
