    I did hear from Martian! He called when he got to Boston, he called when he got to Groton, he called briefly this morning. It's so weird that they have phones now. :-)  He said he loves Groton so far. What a relief...I think he was dreading it...thinking it would be ugly and in the middle of nowhere.
