Patience!!!!! It's hard not to hear from the love of your life, and to only talk to him through mail, get a call once ina blue moon, but, it has made our relationship stronger because of how much every single day that passes by without him, it makes me appreciate that much more our love for eachother when I do get something or hear his voice it's just so much more!!!
Our Navy experience so far...
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

    Welcome to the Ship11 Div118 site. My grandson is in the div. (Was a Navy wife 50 yrs ago so can't help you much with this modern day stuff!) Some things don't change tho - you will miss them, love them, miss them, be frustrated by "policy", lack thereof and, oh, and did I mention miss them!?! Be patient, love him and remember - you are #1 in his heart but the Navy is first on his mind. It has to be that way so he can be on top of things and get it right so he gets liberty to come home and be with you. I hope you enjoy the journey.  Kay - Gram IN
