Havent spoke to you in a while! I got a letter from my daughter yesterday...finally!

I know she is writing lots of people , so, I'm not upset....she sounds really great.

She passed her PT first time, she said that only 24 out of 82 passed first time. She also passed swimming (DUH she said). She is a fish and she lived, part time with her Dad on a sailboat. She went out for the Dive team but she said she could not do a Pull-Up! Oh, and she said her big toes are numb and she went to MED call and they told her that was normal! She has all kinds of blisters on her feet...poor baby. Also, my son did go in on 7/6, it's been real quiet around here! So far, I'm doing okay. Riding my horse more....although it's sooooo hot here. Oh, we had a chicken Masacre her the other day. 13  of my neighbors were killed (he left his coop open at night and that's what started it) and when we let ours out yesterday, in just 20 minutes time, the varmit got three of mine. Two were only 3 months old. I was upset all day yesterday. I think it was a coon that did the night slaughter and a fox that got my three. I have one of the three inside the barn, she's still breathing but she can't stand up...I think her spinal cord is severed! Farm life...it's not easy.

so how is your friend? What are you up to? Write me when you have a moment.
