    This has been a really tough few months with the boys leaving, but yes, I agree it is the best thing for their futures as neither of my sons wanted to attend college at this point in time. My oldest is at A school now at Great Lakes and it has been easier on the point we can now text or even have phone calls. I am waiting anxiously for my first "real" letter from my 2nd son. Hoping since he saw how I stalked the mailman for letters from his older brother that he will make sure to write :)  PIR is amazing, especially once you are allowed on the floor at the end to give your sailor a huge hug. Congrats on your new sailor!!
