Brenhubb - Welcome to the BC Mom and loved ones group. I apologize none of us "veteran" moms where logged on to see the Main Room chat yesterday.

I posted a message in the Comment Wall section of the Boot Camp Moms (and loved ones) - Navy For Moms (ning.com) main group page.

Be sure to go to that group page and post in the Comment Wall if you have any questions. More of our members will see those via their email feeds, and log in and reply. I am often offline these days, and I only use my computer to reply to messages on the site, as it is just much easier.

Here is my reply to your main room chat. I will be offline most of the day and evening and not able to reply otherwise, but also ask in the main BC Mom group.

So, it is time to vote and my son is at BC, will the Navy allow them time to vote?

    • No the Navy will not allow time for your son to vote. Contact your local election board and find out how you can get him an absentee ballot. It may actually be too late, but you can at least try. The only thing is most of those have to be notarized.
    • You could also have your son ask at RTC, they would be able to let him know better what options they have to assist with absentee voting.
