    Hello! I"m also a mom of a ship 14/Div 175 son! Nice to 'meet' you here. I'm going to bed now, but will check in after work (school sub) tomorrow afternoon. My son is James (Jamie to us) and is our 4th son...this is exactly what he needs- to be away from us and his older brothers and to grow into the man he's meant to be. He's always been the 'little' brother and hasn't appreciated that in the last few years. Now we'll all be so proud of him and his older bros will look 'up' to him I believe. God Bless and watch over them all!

    So sorry for your son's desperation from navy.My son to is in ship 5 to be separated.All I know 3 weeks ago he said he was being separated from navy,he did not say why so I have no idea why or when he is coming home.was hoping you could give me some on-site as to how your son got home,via plane,or bus and if he called to let you know info when he was head-on home.not knowing anything from my son and just waiting for some kind of info is frustrating.any help with info would help.
