- I am a hard working mother of three wonderful children. My oldest son, Zachary just left for BC for the U.S. Navy, my middle child Madelyn is 14 and very active in sports and keeps us very busy running from game to game. My youngest Brooklyn is 9 and is very smart and loves to read. My kids are the center of my world and when Zachary left for basic , I was empty inside. I know he has made an excellent decesion and will become a great young man, but still does not take away the sadness of him being gone.

Go to the PIR 11/2/12 facebook page. Go under the File tab. There are several questionnaires listed there. There is also a lot of really good info on BC and what's going on. If this doesn't work, let me know. I will see if I can copy and paste it here. My SR really enjoyed filling it out..it also saved him a lot of writing time.
