Dad was Navy in Korean War. Husband is retired Navy Diver, I am retired Navy AC. Brother retired USAF from Bethesda. Son is Navy Corpsman. Nephew is Marine Mechanic, Father in law served in Army, Dad's brothers served in the Pacific during WWII, Dad's grandfather served in the Union Army in the Civil War, and I have some serving in the confederate army, Many Patriots in the Revolutionary War, Indian Wars and our families have been here since 1620's and 1630's paving the way for those who follow.

You are so welcome..and I was in the navy from 88 to 91 in Long Beach Naval Station...:) You should really take him into chicago...we took our son and a friend to the (Sears) tower...it is called something else now..LOL...and walked around downtown...we just took the train from great lakes...if you have your sailor with you, the train gives you all the navy discount...:)
I go down by point magu all the time...:) I sail out of channel islands harbor..:) and he will get friday liberty and probably fly out on saturday....they don't really do the grad and go anymore...they usually always leave on saturday or sunday...:)

I go down by point magu all the time...:) I sail out of channel islands harbor..:) and he will get friday liberty and probably fly out on saturday....they don't really do the grad and go anymore...they usually always leave on saturday or sunday...:)
