navymom57 - It may also depend on what rate / job your son has a contract for as to how hard or pushing they are with the situation at BC. If you reply to my comment what your SRs contract is for, I will keep it private. If you have connected with B'sNukeMom then she can also help you find other information about the job your son signed up for.
