Hi Gigi! Whatever you do, go to graduation no matter what! When you see your grandson march through that door you forget about all the waiting to hear his voice, or see his face.
It is the most powerful feeling in the world. Our grandson graduated on Nov 22 & left for A school the next day! Tips for graduation, get there early. We were 5th in line to get onto the base & were in line at 6:15! If your going to Sarge's meet & greet, he will give you tips on how to get into the base without waiting in long lines & where to park. Dress warm in layers and bring lots of tissues. It is amazing!
