Have her write her SR and let him know who to put on the Access List when the time comes. He may be submitting the names next week or it may be the week of PIR (we used to hear 10-14 days before PIR, but some Sailors have indicated that they didn't submit the names until the week of PIR). She needs to be sure to ask when she speaks to him (maybe at the "I'm a Sailor!" call) who is on the Access List. I hope it works for her. Take care and blessings to you and yours.
