Let Zack know that they expect him to be in shape before BootCamp! Alot of running and cardio will help him alot! And I will pass on the best advice I got before Natsha left, never say goodbye and dont let them know how much you will miss him. Tell him how proud you are of his new career and you will see him soon :) I did that for Natasha and it really made a difference on her departure.
