  No unfortunately I've heard nothing. I received my box and letter pretty quickly but wasn't one of the lucky ones who got a note. No worries...I feel much better just receiving things in a timely manner. I am in Idaho and just discovered another mom in our PIR group who is too. I live for this site right now. Sadly my friends and family don't get it but everyone here does. Hoping to hear something soon! One week down....
