    Hello Joyce,

    My son left on Sept. 18 for boot camp and is in ship 13 div 007 pir 11/15. I was so excited this morning when he finally called and spoke to him. He gave me this info over the phone as I have not received the form and still forth coming. Can't wait to know more about you and your SR. God bless you and yours.
