Stage of (Sailor’s) Navy career?
In the NROTC program
When I heard “Navy,” I...
Needed to learn more about it
The Navy offers opportunities that...
The most important thing i've learned so far is just to support my children in any way i can .That my kids think very responsibly. and make very good lifelong choices even on there own.Im am very proud and encourage it.
Our Navy experience so far...
It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.
It's not a good idea to post a pic of your Sailor every time you post. See change 4 inOPSEC and PERSEC (Making Changes to Your Profile) (clickable link). To increase PERSEC, don't include ANYONE in your profile pic.
Also make change 3 (see the words in bold) so that this page is no longer visible to EVERYONE (Anyone) with access to the web. I suggest "Just My Friends" since you have chosen to include pics on your My Page.
There may be other changes you need to make as well, so read and consider each of the changes.
Another change that I recommend that is mentioned in change 1 is to change the ZIP Code to one that is not easily associated with you or your Sailor.
Since you have a Sailor, you should change "In the NROTC program" above to "Enlisted" because NROTC refers to the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps, a college scholarship program. You can make that change on the same page when you change the ZIP Code.
You may also want to update your "About me:" section.
If you do choose to leave your profile on the site, then please do make the changes. If you choose to leave N4M, I wish you well. The site is becoming less and less active due to the change in ad agencies and the fact that there is no longer an Admin on the site.

What is your Sailor's rating (job/specialty) and where is she stationed (what vessel, if one)? There may be groups I can direct you to.
