I have given you the info on CTN previously. What will your son's rating (job/specialty) be? There are groups for most of the "A" Schools and/or ratings. Take care and blessings to you and yours.

Since your future Sailor will be in the Nuclear Field, you will want to join NUKE moms and you may also want to check out Nuke School Charleston and Nuke A School FAQ. The Rating Information Card for NF can be found at https://www.cool.navy.mil/enlisted/rating_info_cards/nukepower.pdf. Your Sailor will most likely fly out to "A" School the day after PIR. See PIR Day and Liberty During PIR Weekend to help you know how to plan your weekend when the time comes. Take care and blessings to you and yours.
