They have a group on this website. You may want to become a member and learn more about the workings of this ship and command. As a Nuke/Sub mom, I don't have a lot of experiece with carrier life. My recommendation would be to find someone from this group to get you more information.

On a sub...you would need to have the sailor put you on a list with the ombudsman to get the contact...but I don't know about the surface ships.
