A little about me:: I do alot of volunteer work for the American Red Cross, I am on the local DAT team, we respond to local disasters, I am also nationally registered with DSHR and FEMA. I'm an EMT and at this time going back to school to become a trauma nurse.

I would like to invite you to join our group "Texas Mom's". Just click on the "Group" tab at the top and you can't miss us. Our icon is in the shape of Texas with the flag!! (Or you can go to my page and there it is also). We have over 100 members!!! The biggest state group here!!!

We are planning a get together on June 27 and 28. We are meeting on Friday night at Pappadeaux's in Seabrook near Kemah.

On Saturday, we are headed to Galveston to spend the day at Moody Gardens. We hope you can join us!!!

I see your son left on June 23rd, mine too. We're in California. I find myself looking at the clock, wondering what he's doing. This is so much more difficult than I expected, but this site is such a support. My husband is counting down days until graduation, whenever it is.
