londack86 - I am so happy for you and your daughter. I know the stay in RCU was hard, but she has proven herself. As BelovedbyHim, said, we are all rooting for her and this is training ground for you as well.

londack86 - You are welcome!! And we are all still learning or need a way to stay connected. While there are several other groups on this site, I started this one specifically as a way for anyone whose enlisted loved one was past BC to stay connected with others. Feel free to come join us at Beyond BC - Navy For Moms (ning.com),

We would love to have you join us!!

    londack86,

I see you recently joined the Mothers of Daughters 2 group and I want to welcome you!!  I don't know how I missed the alert that you joined, so I'm sorry I didn't get this greeting to you much sooner!

I know this group isn't as active as it used to be. Pretty much all our seasoned moms have moved on as their sailors are well established or veterans now.

But you can still introduce yourself on the Comment Wall section and tell us a little bit about yourself and your sailor.  I am a Navy Veteran and one of my daughters is a Navy veteran and I still have another daughter and a son actively serving.  They have both decided to make the Navy a career.

Don't be shy about asking any questions you have or voicing any concerns. This is a safe place for moms to talk about their fears and concerns, but also to boast and brag about their sailor!!

    Welcome Aboard!!
