A little about me:: I'm an artist, mostly I do ceramics. I had my kids later in life, so I'm 56 and my son is in boot camp at 18. His "lil sis" is 16 and definitely not ready to be separated from him. I've been a basket case since he left (Dec. 15th).

The Navy offers opportunities that...: Because he graduated with such good grades (from High School) he was able to enter the Navy at a higher rank and pretty much choose what he wanted to do, which is becoming a pilot.
Our Navy experience so far...: It was positive and maturing. Our relationship has grown stronger.

Hi Sharon did your child recruit out of the Yucca Valley office? My nephew is the recruiter there.
