Hello Sandra - I apologize for never getting to your profile page and posting a welcome to the BC Mom and Loved ones group. I am glad that you found your way there, and that you have been participating. 

Congratulations to your son!!  I wanted to make sure I invited you to come join another group that I created to help keep everyone together for those who have a sailor or completed PIR - Beyond BC - Navy For Moms (ning.com) - Now that you have had the sailor call, you are welcome to join. We are a mix of everyone from Covid days until the present who post as they are able but it is a great place to just continue with Navy mom support and encouragement. It is also where I reach out to many and call on our Navy Mom Posse (a story from the Covid days) to help answer questions on the BC Mom group page. And it helps to keep us connected to the new members in that group.

Be sure to come join us in Beyond BC if you haven't already. Also, now that you have a sailor, be sure to change your profile above to Enlisted on your sailor's status.
