0914mel - I just wanted to welcome you to the BC Mom and Loved ones group on this site. I apologize, I had a lot of email messages from N4M come in that I could not get all the way through the last couple of days and my notification that you had joined the group, got buried.
We are glad you are here though. I hope you have been following the group page. You might have even posted already, but if not, be sure to go to the group page, scroll down past the information, past the discussions and then you will come to the Comment Wall area where you will see our daily chatter. This is the best place to post questions, comments, emotions, and more of the members will see it to reply.
My son left for BC over 5 years ago now and I am coming upon the anniversary of his PIR. He has one more year for his enlistment.
I see you are from El Paso, I had family live there for awhile, so I have been there, but it has been a while.

I help out on this site as well. My son went in before COVID. A lot has changed since then.
