Hi Paula!! so sorry I missed your note! This internet stuff is all new to me and this is the only site I've joined.Its been so helpful and very supportive.It's so awesome to see that you live in Happy Valley too!!:)my daughter Ashey graduated from Tualatin HS.Ashley is on ship09 div.130.I got my first letter,yay!!!!! so letters are on their way it just melted my heart to pieces!! The happiest feeling ever:) I live near Sunnyside Hospital( off 122nd).

Thank you Paula...I have to admit, I find myself very depressed lately and very sad.I did get a call from my baby girl, and she sounded strong,but very confused about what they are telling her about going off to sea for at least 9 moths at a time,not at all what her contract or the recruiter told her, I feel panicky and helpless right now,this was not what she wanted to do.She didn't get much time on the phone,so hopefully next week we can make more since out of what she was trying to say.She was asked to be the starboard section leader.She will lead her section in marching on grad.day, so she will be right in front!! I'm so proud of her! Lets try and do a walk tomorrow if possible,just call me or i will call you.I too had a great time meeting you and wendy it was great to visit.I'm home sick today,but should be feeling better by tomorrow.
