    I am in Houston. In the Heights area. There are a few of us around from the surrounding areas. I have a son in the PIR 4/8 (graduation date) when is your loved one scheduled to graduate and which ship are they in?

    Anna - I completely know what you mean. I am so very excited to see my son, Ryan at graduation. I feel the same way about hearing his voice after such a long time with no contact. He sounded so different already.

    I have booked my travel and my hotel. There are a couple of us staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Mettawa. It isn't very far from RTC at all and I get my HH points. :0)

     

    There are others that are staying at various hotels in the area, but I do admit to being a bit of a hotel snob. I like to stay where I am comfortable. It comes from me traveling all of the time so I like a place that feels cozy. I do not want to run into "maybe" you could get a smelly room or it isn't great, but it is a place to sleep. That just doesn't work for me. (I am truly not a snot about too many things, but I am with this one.)  :0)

     

    Anyway - if you have questions or if there is a way i can help, let me know and I will answer if I can or try to help find an answer.

     

    Woohoo - only 22 days away. I am getting so very excited!
