Yes they are nice but they didn't have any units ready for when we needed. It's a nice change. Preserve at port royal is very close to the hospital. Practically across the street.

I see your moving to beaufort! We just moved here last week. Not sure of what to do around here yet but it's very nice area. We live about 10 minutes from the hospital at the oaks at broad river. It is nice complex, we looked at a few and this was my favorite. Wish you a happy moving.

Emilee, I read your question on the PIR page about big purchases. I do not know what the official Navy response will be to your question. However, this evening when I dropped my SA at the base after liberty, I saw several SA's returning with multiple packages including three with laptop computers. My SA did not say that they had to ask permission to make expensive purchases. As a mom, I advise you and your fiance to spend cautiously and wisely. My SA tonight surprised me with how conservative he plans to be with his earnings.Believe me, he was not that way before joining the Navy. Good luck and congratulations.

I am moving your question to the Comment Wall where it is more likely to be read.

haha. Yeah, the drive to Great Lakes isn't bad at all. A lil boring--lots of cornfields for the most part until you hit Chicago. Or at least that's how it is for us.

Aaron is in school in South Carolina--he's a Nuke. Sooo. 12 hours. I haven't seen him since January 1st.. I'm sooooo ready for a trip down there!!

Very crazy that we have the same name.. Although there are TONNSS of Emily's out there our age!! haha.

Aaron went through boot camp last year, so I completely understand what you're going through. :)

What is your boyfriend's rate (job)? Or where will he be going for A school after boot?
