Hi Irene,

Just wondering if your son happens to be a corpsman working in the E.R.?  My son is there and his best friend is McClure, so just wondering if that might be your son I am always hearing about?  My Son is Jake Lake.

Hi Irene, I've got you on my list! It's best if you can send me your info via my email: diane.ritter@gmail.com. Send me info on your sailor including: a nice picture in uniform (jpg), name, rank, where your sailor is located right now (base or ship), one sentence of what your sailor is doing (their job), you and your husband's name, and town your family lives in. So happy you're coming and do pass the word...I'm hope for 50+ attendees! Thanks!

Thank you for accepting me as your friend. Nice photo album! I finally put a few pictures on mine today. So uncomfortable that my son is deploying but know that is the whole purpose of joining and all the training. I know he will do well as he is a pretty smart guy. I am so proud of him. Bet you are proud of yours too. So nice you could go to Neal's funeral and that you are there to support others like the Swinks. God bless you my friend.

Hey girl, Nick is just really busy since checking in. Sounds like his ship is in the yards for some maintenance so I don't think he's going to experience sea life for a number of months in the meantime he is working on his quals which will keep him busy for a few months and then he can move to the barracks on base. He's been to the beach a few times and one of his ship mates just bought a ...boat! Doesn't sound like a bad place to be stationed...right? But he knows he will be bored silly there for three years --- I'm hoping they get deployed in a few months...he wants to sail and see the world!

Does Heather know any thing about her choices? They have been really limited with orders but that should get better in October when the new fiscal year changes.
