God is moving!! Two hours ago I posted an update on Yvonne's status. We got 5 inches of snow here last night so by the time I got showered and got the driveway shoveled (my neighbor helped me with that!), and the car cleaned off, it was too late to try to slip and slide to the hospital to just have to turn around at 10:00 and go home. So I figured I would go later at 5:00. I talked with Yvonne and she told me to stay home and not try to come in that early, to stay safe and come later. Then she added another list of things she wanted me to bring to her 🙂
Then at 1130 she called me and said "Guess where I am?" She was sitting in a chair! They got her to sit up, then stand up, and shuffle to the chair 9 steps away from her bed. She said she was going to be sitting in the chair for the next two hours. What a massive step forward!! Glory to God! Hallelujah!
Thank you all so much for your prayers! God is definitely listening and answering!

Glory to God!! Amen! John this is such wonderful news. And yes, I had forgotten about your snow. I was busy visiting with my DIL over it. I also posted a prayer this morning as well, but I believe God was already moving on Yvonne's behalf.

Such great news John!  Glad to hear they are getting her up and moving and she's feeling better.  Each day will be better.  Continued prayers for you both!
