Hi,

My recruit is in Ship 11 DIV 397 PIR Oct 25.   Anyone else? Has the group for this been formed yet?  I keep looking and don’t see it but want to make sure I didn’t miss it.

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all of the information on this site!   I know for those of you who offer support it must get repetitive because you see the same questions over and over. Just know that for those of us who are going through it for the first time words can’t express how reassuring it is to know what’s going on.

Brdwygurl- Welcome aboard!! I have not looked over at the main BC Mom group page yet today to see if Phoenixmom or Ellen0502 have posted the PIR groups yet or not. I do know yesterday, I think, Ellen0502 said she was needing to check on some information for the latest PIR groups before she created them, so just keep checking back.

Yes, sometimes repeating information can get old, but I also have been in your shoes and I do know how helpful it is to receive information. I would recommend that you read all of the pages to the right on the main BC Mom group page. Lemonelephant put a lot of time into those to help answer all of the basic questions that we might have about BC. There are also videos listed on the left side as well to watch. I didn't have those when my son went through 2+ years ago.

If you are reading this on a smart phone versus a computer, B'sNukeMom recommends putting your phone in desktop mode, I think, and then you can pan around better and see the information. Be sure to check the comments section of BC Mom also.

I assume you have received your form letter if you have Ship # Div# and PIR. If you rec'd this from the recruiter be sure to wait until you receive the form letter as things can always change.

Have a wonderful day!.

Thanks! Yes I’ve been reading and watching everything on this site that I can get my hands on.   His girlfriend got the form letter so I have started writing.   I just sent him one of the  form letter/quizzes from this site. Love them!

Glad to hear you son's girlfriend received the form letter. It will have the security form in in that needs to be filled out for the guests going to PIR. I did not have the security form for my son's PIR or the ticket pick up, so the admin ladies on BC Mom main group site will be able to answer any questions you have about that.

It looks like Ellen0502 has posted all the PIR groups including the Oct 25 one. You should be able to go to BC Mom and find it listed. If you have trouble, reply back and I will try to give you the direct link for it when I am back on the site.

Here's the link to the 10/25/19 PIR group:

Thanks! I just requested to join
