But I have not recieved any letter from him so I have no Idea how he is doing " I'm sure he is fine" but I still want to know everything that hes feeling. I was just wonder If anyone in this ship/div has recieved a letter I see that some of you have recieved phone calls but I would just settle for a letter. Yes that is a real thing unfortunately some of the guys in his div are very young and like to get a little crazy after lights out so yes they were on mail restrictions. But I got my letters yesterday 2 of them!!! I was so happy to here from him. It sounds like he is doing great....other than having some crazy people in his div. They made him the RLCPO which is the guy in charge LOL he was not sure he could do it but he said he is giving his all :) I know he can do it and hopefully will have these boy in shape before long. He said there was a guy in charge for the first four days but he didn't work out so they picked him :) Great choice I think but I'm swayed lol

what division is this?

Ship 14 div 026

We received the first letter(s) from our SR today.  He is in 802 and they had not been permitted to send anything out until this past Sunday.  It seems that there are several "creative" ways to be reprimanded for various infractions, including mail restrictions.

For those who haven't had any mail yet-- Keep the faith!  Hopefully you will see mail arrive before the end of the week.

My son is in div 24 as well and we have sent numerous letters and haven't received any letters yet!! I also heard that sometime this week may be when he gets to give us a phone call. Does anyone know when they get to call home?

I have heard they get to call home sometime halfway through but my SR didn't mention it in any of his letters. Sorry I have no idea

HI! My SR is in Div. 024. We got a letter on Thursday and was told that they may get a phone call on Mon. 10/29 but the Div has been in trouble a lot and there is a chance they may lose it.

RATS!

No letters today... Looks like they mail them on Sunday, and we get 'em on Wednesday.  -At least I hope something arrives again Wednesday.  Fingers crossed.

I have not received a phone call from him yet, either.  I thought maybe they would be allowed to make calls today, but the window might be closed for them already.  There's always tomorrow!  Or the next day.... or the next day....

Same PIR date. No letters yet from my son. He said he missed mail call a week ago Sunday and just sent mail out for the first time on Sunday, a few days ago. I received a phone call from him yesterday. I hope you received a call too.
