Thank you Lord for everything.  Thanks for taking care of my son.  Give him spiritual and physical strength to pass his final text.  In the name of Jesus, Amen!

Praise be to God he is good.  We thank you Lord that we can trust in your will and your timing for all things in our lives.  We don't always understand your will right now, but one day it will be revealed to us.  Thank you God for giving us your son.  We love you.

Kathy, thank you for sharing the info from your cousin.  I will be praying for this young family, Derek's unit and your cousin, also.  Praying for all of our military.

My cousin who is currently serving in Afghanistan recently shared this information: Cpl. Derek Wyatt (USMC) died Dec 6 while serving in Afghanistan. He leaves behind a wife and a newborn son named in his honor, who was born approx 24 hours after news of his death.

Please pray for this young family as they struggle with extreme grief and extreme joy.

So glad to hear all went well Nanette.
I had some friends intervene today. One called a local mechanic to see if they could look at my car, then came to tell me we had to go right then. My boss followed up there. They got my car up on the rack right away and told me that I was lucky that the wheel hadn't come off! They ordered the parts and should have it fixed tomorrow. The price is within what I had put aside. He said one of the major parts is damaged but should be okay! Another friend took me on a ride and handed me the keys to her truck she doesn't use very often and told me I could use it until I got mine back. It's amazing how God works when you just stop struggling and ask Him for the help you need! Thank you all for your prayers, I'll keep you posted.

Thank you for your prayers.  Kellon is doing well, he also had to have a hernia repaired.  They tried to do a coddle block ?;-\  but they were not able to get it so he had some local in the area, as well as the anesthesia  and they have to be diligent in keeping up on the pain meds for him.  Daughter is worried because it's one that she is allergic to.  I told her we wont know until he has a dose so you jut have to go with it.  He did fine with it and in between he gets motrin.  Soooooo we are all taking turns loving on him rough to do (ha ha) and he gets to use mamo's special pillow:-} Anyway all went well and again thank you for your prayers.

Nanette, I pray the surgery goes well and your daughter and son in law feel God's prescence.
My husband couldn't get the car fixed, so we need to find a part that will fix it and please pray that my husband will be able to replace it.
God bless you all, have a wonderful day....
