FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I think it sad that in the world today,you can't help people because of all the crazys out there....AFTER,I left base I was thinking why didn't I ask you if you were on navy  for moms....so we could talk later.I am so proud of my son,that was one of the best days of my life!

so when you replied yes...that means you are the lady from the NEX,RIGHT???I thought about you so much,I wanted to invite you to stay with us at our hotel,because I was so worried about you by yourself an d all thre partying you were dealing with at the hotel u were staying at but my friend was reminding me about how unsafe people are in this world.I felt in my heart you were good people and wanted to badly to help you.I almost had to make the trip alone with my 9 year old daughter but 1 week before I found someone to ride with me

hello..I was wondering if you was the lady I met right after PIR??I walked to the NEX store with a lady who looked alot like you...she was traveling alone just as I almost had to.She was so nice and I thought of her often as she was by herself.I can't seem to send private messages on this site anymore,something isn't working unless you did recieve my message.There is usually a message box that pops up saying my message has been sent,and nothing came up the page looked frozen....
