I ditto what Serendipity said below! Both WILL become sailors. Believe me...missing the run happens alot! They both will make it. The will be given multiple chances to try again, and the RDC's have been known to run with them to encourage them! So they'll get it. Don't worry...he has passed everything but this and BStations. He is going to get there....the Lord knows! Timetable unknown now, but he'll get there. Chin up!

Just got a call from my daughter to confirm she did not pass her final run, and we are waiting to see what comes next. I will pray for both our sailor recruits, and they both will be sailors soon. It seems we have another thing in common. I'm happily married for 21 years, and we also have a four year old daughter in pre-k. My daughter in bootcamp is 19 y/o. Seems we need to pray for ourselves while we pray for our sailor recruits:). Let's keep each other posted. I'm claiming Victory for our sailor recruits in Jesus' name.

Hmmm......usually they move them into the FIT ship when they are struggling with any PFA. Let's hope his next call says he has passed his run and will be graduating this week!

Hey, I just now saw your post. Was his call short, rehearsed, like he was standing next to an RDC? These calls are confusing...because I know of some who have gotten them (recruit saying: I'm not graduating this week, etc) and then they end up making the run, doing BStations, and graduating with their PIR group. This has happened to several who finally made the run on Thurs, did BStations that night with another PIR group and were in the balcony on Friday for PIR (can't march because they have been up all night). Did he say he was being transferred to the "FIT" Division? I'm just surprised that they are counting him out for this week's PIR since it is only Monday. But you're right...he'll get there. He'll be a sailor! Were you all planning to go to PIR?

I'm sooo sorry!! I know how hard it must be. My prayers for him and you and hopefully you will see him next week!! See, Tiffany's run is what may hold her back too, I asked her about the swimming and she said that was in the very beginning and they haven't swam?? since then!

Hey Proud, my heart goes out to you and Princeton, it could happen to any of our SR's tell him to keep his chin up, we have you all in our prayers.

Hey! Next time, if you want to send newspaper articles, you might try printing them off of the computer, or else copying them. As long as you don't make the letters too FAT! That draws RDC attention! Also, you asked about 326 BStations. Ask your recruit in a letter or if he calls. We get the info from them. But they DO go in order, lowest to highest. number I have a feeling they will either go Sun 9/26 or Mon 9/27. They can have up to 4 divisions at a time, but many times just go with two. Just depends on how many recruits are left in each division(some rotate out). If someone posts when 325 goes, that is when 326 will go also as they are brother divisions and wil participate together. They train together too.
