Hey Donna, I talked to my son today for about 20 minutes!!! It was wonderful to hear his voice. He has been sick this past week and still sounded alittle hoarse, but otherwise, he sounded so good. I asked him about Billy and he says they are good buddies. I was so excited about the 4th flag. Chris was eating M&Ms and drinking a gatoraid. He said they were so good. He says he can't wait until after PIR to go to the hotel and take a long shower all by himself!. BS is coming. let's just keep them all in our prayers every day.

Hopefully you'll get a letter tomorrow. Ours was short but it was so good to hear from him.

We got a letter today! I wasn't expecting that, but he sounded good. He said these divisions may get to stay with their families after graduation until Saturday night. That would be wonderful! I hope it works out that way. Did you get a letter today?

I hope we get a letter too. Hopefully we'll get one on Wednesday or Thursday. Maybe it will tell us why they didn't get to call Sunday. I hope they were not in trouble for some reason. I know their instructors are really tough on them.
