Hey there. Sorry for the delay. I haven't been on the website in a while. My daughter is set for 9/21/2012. I'm hoping to meet with some moms while at PIR. Any thoughts on what hotel I shuld try and book?

Hello KellieW...I would call Sarge (John) his number is 847 212 0246. He will ask you to email him your itenerary ..flight number, airlines, and time of arrival. He will give you information on a ton of stuff. Because my SR will be staying in Great Lakes..I will be leaving on Tuesday. So, I will be renting a car on Friday. He recommended taking the train into Chicago..the long weekend will be crowded no matter what. I will probably be late to Sarges Meet and Greet...due to coming in at 4:30...traffic and I am 1 hr 20mins away without traffic. It will be close. See you there:)

Hello KellieW...I am also in Gurnee....at the Extended Stay America....it has a kitchen ...so I thought it would be nice to cook for my SR. Across the street ..but not in walking disrance...is the mall and shows...it is also in walking distance to restaurants as well. If you talk to Sarge, he will fill you in on everything...see you soon...:)

Hey there! Little slow on the responses, sorry! We have decided to drive. Though it's a long haul, it is cheaper than flying even on non-refundable tickets. I just didn't want to run the risk of his date changing for some reason. We have booked our hotel though. Staying at the Courtyard Marriott and we are planning to attend Sarge's Meet & Greet.
