Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Yeah I am VERY interested in nursing. Kevin is so supportive and wants me to better myself:-) So I am going to look into it when we move to CT. We r going up there yep after A school. Which Kevin said is in about 6 wks. I am SOOOOOO excited!! I cant wait to b with him again FINALLY. LoL. Omg yeah that sounds like my hubby. He is a BIG joker... He is so goofy! I hope Kevin talks about us:) I always bring him up in conversations its CRAZY... I don't even realize I do it. But WAIT on kids till u finish school... It hard trying to juggle... being a wife, being a mom, cleaning house, cooking AND going to school. But if yall did have a baby u can do it too! I am. anddddddd don't tell Ian... cuz Kevin and I didn't want to tell anyone till I found out for sure but I am b pregnant. urggghhhhhh 3 KIDS!!! I'm so stressed right now. But if I am Kevin and I r happy. But for sure that it is it!!! hahahahahaha. but hey what is ur cell number so I can txt u and stuff? cuz if Kevin and Ian still r close and yall get married we could b at the same place where they r stationed. my cell is 8176900743.

Hey Sash! sorry its been forever since I have been on. lol.. yeah my hubby has his cell. Im so happy:-) cuz I can talk to him all the time! yeah kevin just told me yesterday he knows ur bf. they were talking about us beening on here. lol.. so is ur bf staying in CT for awhile? Kevin said he was a machinist mate also.

I talked to my husband today and he said that he had not got his orders yet so did not know much:-( 4 sure I know he will b in CT for 49 days also. He said he was told he will b going back to great lakes after the 49 days. But he was not for sure. Is ur bf a grad and go? I wanted to know he my husband would get to at least stay the night with us:-(
Yeah my husband said I could stay at one of those week long hotels by the base,... that way he could at least come c us after school and on wkends. my husband is in ship 068:-)

Do u know any info on his schools and how long they will b?
And if ur guy is a grad and go?
My husband has not wrote about anything!
just that his sub school is in groton and his a school is in GL.
but thats it:)
I wanted some info... lol.. i just he is just busy or doesnt know.
I am hoping we get to go with him to school.
We have a 2 month old (who can the day before my hubby went to basic) and a 21 month old... both boys... the 21 month old is asking 4 da da and its killing me!!
But any info will help!
