FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Hi Michelle and Tim it was great meeting you both and your Sailor our boys looked so handsome in their uniforms thank you for the praise, we spent 3 great days with Donald and yes he will be staying at GL for A school we heard from him yesterday he finally got his cell phone from the Lock and Go place where we left it.Did your son arrive at Florida yet. My email is redskinmama22@Yahoo.com I check it every Tuesday or Sunday If you guys ever come to the NY area please let us know would love to see you guys again and who knows maybe Bob will have to go to St. Louis because of work or Me as well I work for Select Medical Corp and we have some new Physical Therapy Clinics in St. Louis starnger things have happenned. Oh thats great I have not heard my sons voice since 9/9/10 the only call I have received but his last letter that I received this past Tuesday he was pretty excited and happy and counting the days to PIR they made him a section leader of his unit. Im wondering if I'll get a call maybe on Sunday he said they might get a call.I'll let you know if he does.Maria Navy25

Hi Michelle, Per AAA Triptik should take us about 12 or 13 hours from Jersey. Bob and I will take turns driving where are you and your husband from hopefully will meet by the Navy Lodge.Im so glad you received a call from your son and yes it looks like BS is starting on the Wed. before cutting a bit close OH BOY Im so excited and nervous I pray for my son and the rest of our SR's to do well and graduate the best to your son as well my prayers are with him.See ya soon at PIR

Yahoo...heard from our SR...so glad to hear...he says BS21 is Wed...says the Div got 1st place in Pull-ups in Captains Cup....the day is getting closer....won't they all look handsome & beautiful in their Navy's......;)

Hi Michelle, my son is in DIV 339 and Me My honey Bob and my Mom should be arriving at Navy Lodge on Thursday hopefully in the afternoon we are driving from Jersey hopefully will get to meet.We are looking forward to PIR.MariaNavy25
