OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hi,

What rating did your son get for nuke school?  Mine asked for ET or MM and was approved for MM.  Emily (Aaron's girl) just started a facebook page for Nuke Moms.  You'll need to send her an email to join because it's private for security issues.  I just joined the other day and already, I'm finding the group so helpful.  A majority of the members are already seasoned moms so we can pick their brains and they very gladly spill the beans on things they know.  7 days! Yay!
