A little about me:
My name is Christina Groff, my husband Christopher is currently at boot camp since march 10th. My husband graduates may 7th and I'm so excited. I never knew it could be so hard letting go of the one you share everything with and love with all your heart. I go about my daily life and work as a nurse, stressful but the elderly people I take care of make me smile and gives you inspiration to keep moving forward! I look forward to meeting new people and also the ones who have sailors graduating with my husband!

Christina,
Your family is beautiful. I love your pictures. I suggested to Sam she join this website because there are so many girls that in the same situation as you and her. We are all looking forward to seeing Jason. I hope I can hold up emotionally though. Seeing him in uniform is going to make me cry from being so proud, but I'm sure we will all be in the same situation. Hang in there we are soooo close. Hopefully we will hear from them soon. Thanks for the airport info. I'll pass it onto Sam. I know she will want to be there with him.

Hi

Yes my daughter is also graduating on may 7. I totally understand about having your husband gone, just hang in there. Hopefully time will go by very fast. This other girl I talk to who has a boyfriend (safe ship same division) said her BF called last night and she missed his call. So maybe you will hear his voice any day now. Whenever you need to talk, just write.

So you are from PA also? Did your husband leave from Harrisburg MPS?
Your dog is just too cute. We have a black lab who is 10.5 months old and we just lost our chocolate lab in January : (
Thanks for adding me. So, have you heard from your husband yet? I just got the little paragraph on the "form letter" so far. I can't wait to get a real letter.
