My name is Gman (not really but we are supposed to follow protocol so I will keep it short). Anyway, my wife just got to P-town today. I like P-town as an abbreviation more than P-cola. Anyway, today is the start to her wait. She told me she could be there 6 months. Not what I was wanting to hear.

We are both from the mid-west. I am prior service, Army, back in the 90's. My wife joined the Navy recently and graduated basic the 26th of Feb.

What else, hmmmm, I am looking forward to a move with the Navy to a warm sunny place that doesn't get any snow. My luck, it will be South Dakota! My wife's rating is AV (she hasn't been designated AE or AT yet). Does anybody know what that will happen?

I always have tons of questions and if you want to know something about us, just ask!
I'm Emily. My fiance is in P'Cola for CTM. He graduated bootcamp on November 20th and has been in P'cola since November 23rd. He finally classed up about 2 weeks ago for ATT. Once he is done with that he will head to Corry Station to start his CTM classes. He will be there for probably another year.

I am in school in Georgia. I will graduate in May and move to P'Cola. I am just looking forward to moving so I can be with Jonathan again.
My name is Barbara. My hubs is an AM (Aviation Mechanic) and his PIR was Jan. 8th and he got to Pcola Jan. 9th. He classed up almost 3 weeks ago so we have about 1 month left in Pensacola before we move on to our duty station! A lot quicker than we thought! We started our Navy adventure from TN and I am down here staying with him until we head back to TN to pack up life. He was granted brownbagger status on Tuesday so he actually lives with me off base now...We are excited to get his orders...rumors are that we should know within the week! :)
brown bagger status? he can live off base!?!
hola, mi llama Rachael! lol, jk. hey peps! My name is Rachael and my amazing husband Mario is in great lakes @ boot camp right now. He PIR's 3/19 and is a grad and go and leaves the next day for pensicola.

He is going to be an AM (aviation mechanic) and he is very excited about that. We are from AZ and I am in classes right now till May but after that I plan on moving to pensicola, for the short remainder of time he is there, to be with him. We are anticipating at least a month hold time before he gets classed up, and while I know he was only told 5 weeks, for the length of his class, I am hearing from a few different sources that it could be more like 7 or 8 weeks.. So good to hear from everyone!
