Hi all, I am slow to get going on this Mom's website as we have moved in the last 30 days and it's my soon to be husband's son that is ship 2 div 921. (He's on the websites and I am unpacking. LOL) Seriously, given my relatively new place in the family I need to find someone who has an extra ticket to PIR 4/8/2011.  We asked our son to ask his friends but you know how that can go.  Anyway, it is important to his Dad that I get a ticket so if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi DBO!  We have one spot available, but I am not sure if you need to have someone who is in the same division.   If this is not a problem, we can exchange info. and I will let me son know.  You definitely need to be there!

THANKS! Cheryl

As far as we know it doesn't have to be the same division.

Do you know how I can get my information to you with out posting it on the discussion?

Sure.  I will shoot you a friend request and then we can send each other messages.  I will write to my son and make sure that he puts your name on the list.  I hope I get a call today so I can let him know about it beforehand.

That was very nice cheryl87----. I love it when people see a need and step up! :-)

DBO- We are kind of in the same situation with my son having 2 sets of parents AND a 14 year old sister that are attending graduation. That makes 5. We agreed that since my husband was in the Navy and has attended a graduation in the past that he would put my name and his sisters along with his dad and his dad's wife. That leaves my husband out. He is going and HOPING that we will get there early enough so he might be able to still get in if there is room. It is first come, first served with the seating after all listed guests are seated. We did put in a letter that if he makes a friend that can add his name, that would be great. But we aren't counting on anything. I hope it works out for you. My son is also SHIP 02 DIV 921. Maybe we'll see each other there!

Nan

We have the same situation - I am traveling with my daughter to see her fiance and his mother, stepfather, and two brothers and my daughter are going (one brother is below the age of counting) so I will be the one without a seat!  It's great that someone is helping out.  He is in Ship 11 Div 121.  Hope to meet many of you there!  take care
