KRIS:  on I-Pad at top of this page, is the gray-ish toolbar saying Navyformoms.ning.com. It has the little arrow 'refresh' symbol on the right side of the bar. Long press on that search bar space with finger, then lift finger and a hidden menu pops up. Mine shows just google icon, until I scroll upward just a nudge and "request desktop version" appears as a choice!   Tap on That!  In seconds, you have the tool bar with icons for adding images, bold type, italics, etc, as we all do, here on NFM.    Here's my screen shot, (AFTER the long press & when I scrolled just above google's icon)

GOT IT Kris Kris!    Easy fix.  I'll explain here, then send you a private message ...so check navyformoms messages, so we don't annoy all the nice folks here with this I-Pad jargon, okay?  :) :)

Krikris:  go to settings in I-Pad, find Safari.  in that grouping- there should be a desktop/ mobile version to toggle on & off?  I'm not at my ipad right now-I'm at work..... (I use Puffing Browser often with I-PAD and its settings are in upper right of my screen, while I browse the web, or view NFM...and I toggle it that way from Desktop to Mobile when I need it)  The automatic browser on I-Pads is Safari, already loaded in, so if you never downloaded some new fangled browser (Dolphin, Puffin, etc), then you're using Safari as normal. When I get home, I'll review how SAFARI allows users to change to desktop view/version.

Storymom - I’m not seeing anything like that in my settings (looked both at site settings & iPad settings), what am I missing? Unfortunately I can be pretty dense about tech stuff, sorry.

KRIS:  on i-pad, you must be on 'Desktop version' or desktop site, NOT mobile version.  see it in your settings ( the gear wheel)  desktop version lets you see the toolbar for font, attach photos, bold type, bullets, underline etc.

Used desktop at work to post picture. :)
Actually, I put 12 of them together for our Friends & Family Gathering this weekend (Thanksgiving, DS home from college, DD leaving for BC on Mon/Tue and my 50th birthday is the following Mon). I got the holders & blue LED tea lights off Amazon, anchor charms from Oriental Trading and the “rope” from WalMart.

Well you got me there because I only use my laptop so I don't know how it works with other platforms.  Looks like you got a picture to show up!!!  Love that candle, where did you find it????
