NM*II how very nice of you to do that..I know it meant a lot to her, and will only help u grow closer.
It is nice...I gave a set that I made to my sons girlfriend...it is REALLY hard for her...they have been dating for 3 years and she is sweet as can be......
What a great idea! My son is stationed in Hawaii and have not seen him since early Dec. and they have been deployed couple times already which makes it even harder to communicate with him! He has only been out of BC since Nov. and his first station is so far...we're on the east coast! I find I need these little connections when not able to talk to him via email or phone. Thanks for a great idea :)
This is a brilliant idea....sometimes, it flickers and I think that it's my daughter saying, "Momma - I'm doing just fine!"! Thank you for this!
Well got the call last night..he's finally at GL...sounded very tired...so the candles will be lite !!!! God Bless ALL our Recruits and Sailors
Welcome and congrats NM! the journey begins!!
I have to go and get Blue candles...my son will be leaving for GL on Wednesday... 4/18 <3 Its been grueling..the waiting!!!!! I am sooooo proud of him and can't wait for his PIR <3
That is very sweet Jenn724 :)
My daughter has been gone for a little less than two weeks, and I have already burned 3 blue candles down. I love this idea, my 5 year old has a special blue candle, we light together when he misses his sister.
