Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Please come meet others in the area for the Navy Graduation at our Meet & Greet on Thursday's before graduation.
The Meet & Greet starts at 5pm and ends at 9pm. We are a friendly establishment, recently remodeled with brand new HD LED big screens, 2 pool tables, darts, video gaming, music and DJ and a friendly staff.
We are across from the Red Carpet Inn (under new management), Great Lakes Motel and walking distance from Sleep Inn and Days Inn and the closest Meet & Greet to the Navy Lodge. We are located a block from the Navy Base and 1/2 mile from the Navy Base entrance on Buckley Rd.
We will have dinner specials, drink specials and free Navy Mom and Dad T-Shirts for our guests.

Full Moon has been open for 30 years and is the home of the Free Turkey Dinner on Thanksgiving for our troops. With over 60,000 Free Turkey dinners given out to our Navy troops and their families and all other Military Personnel in the area (Ft. Sheridan) during the past 30 years.
Full Moon is open 24 hours with a full menu including the best breakfast in town, lunch and dinner.
Flanagan's has been serving the area and the Navy for the past 23 years with many Navy events held here and home of the North Chicago Rotary Exchange Club.
Flanagan's serves a full menu and a full bar featuring 32 craft beers and 25 flat screens. Flanagan's is open from 10AM to 1AM on weekdays and 7AM for breakfast and 2AM on the weekends.
On Thursdays (day before PIR), come after 5PM for a Meet and Greet and get your free Proud Navy MOM and Navy DAD t-shirt. Both restaurant's are located 1/2 mile from the Great Lakes Naval Base at the intersection of 137 (Buckley Rd) and Hwy 41.
For your free t-shirt, we carry most sizes but you may call ahead 1 week to get a custom size. Free T-Shirts will be only given at Flanagan's. Please call at 847-689-9062.
We are located in walking distance from Great Lakes Motel, Red Carpet Inn, Day's Inn and Sleep Inn and a mile from Fountain Square Hotels.
