Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Event Description

A summer time gathering for all of our Navy family, friends and a few sailors too!!!

Come out and enjoy a beautiful day at this nice park in Marietta. It is a covered pavilion and a beautiful park.

Bring a side dish to share and a meat to grill for your family. Perhaps we can put together a game of softball, volleyball or old fashion croquet! Bring your games, photos of your sailor and happy faces!!!

I hope I can make it. My son will PIR on 8/7 and I look forward to getting more involved and making new friends. I leave for Chicago in 2 weeks! YEA!

We're going to try to come and bring most of the family. Our sailor recruit will probably be in A school at that time. Can't wait to meet everyone:)

wish I could was not up there!!!
but "wish I could"
have to remain planted for awhile, 2 trips in 2 months....doesn't leave you much vacation time on the books...What a year to boot!!!
