DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Event Description

Here is the plan:

We will meet at Cheddar's for lunch about 1:00.3151 Horizon DriveSpringfield, IL, 62703 Phone: (217) 525-3820

After lunch we will head to the Drury Inn and "check in"
We do a Packing party from about 3:00 -5:00

At 5:30 we can meet in the hotel dinning area for drinks and appetizers/dinner. During that we can decide to go out dinner or a movie or just sit at the hotel and laugh it up and chat more! OR We are open to any suggestions any one may have!

In the morning we can join back up together, eat breakfast and some may want to go shop or head home.

Staying overnight is NOT a requirement just a little "extra fun" for those needing a get away! =]

HERE ARE THE DETAILS OF THE HOTEL: several of us have decided on. If you want to share a room you can just hit up another mom that is going and work out your details. There are couple other hotels near by if you don't to stay at the Drury. I think there is a Comfort Inn, and Holiday Inn Express.

We are making reservations at the Drury In. Here is a link to the Hotel and Info on how to get a little better deal: https://wwwc.druryhotels.com/PropertyHotelServices.aspx?Property=0073
